Inner and outer coating surfaces panels produced with fiber glass are pressed with a high density press with a polyurethane injection system and the best ice cream box panel is produced.
All panel walls, ceiling and floor connections are insulated with reinforced fiberglass. All Panels are tested repeatedly by our experienced team for moisture prevention and the best cooling system.

GENERAL FEATURES
Door Insulation
Inner and outer coating surfaces produced with glass reinforced polyester (GRP). High density polyurethane is injected inside to GRP for the best production ice-cream box panels.
Trolleys
Trolleys are all made of galvanized materials. Designed with 2 fixed and 2 mobile wheels which are accordance with the chrome rails in the body. It is manufactured for commercial use with extremely robust structure.
Lightings
Special insulated (IP68) and high power LED lighting mounted for comfortable view inside the case. Exterior lightings are mounted in accordingly traffic rules.
Aluminum Separation & Floor Plastic
Each side door is separated with aluminum material. It is also keep the cold air inside the frame. Floor plastics are furnished for air circulation.
Eutectic Plates
Specially produced cooling plates that are charged with electricity, melt late and keep the cold. Eutectic systems plates are filled with a solution to acumulate energy, produce a cooling effect with the correct temperature in the truck bodies. Eutectic truck bodies are suitable for long distance distributions also as well as distribute deliveries door to door. It is best solution for an operation with multiple stops and door openings.
Cooling Unit
The cooling units, which are specially designed and calculated for each model, are selected from world-class components. (Dorin, Danfoss) The cooling unit is designed for tough road conditions. It is produced as long-lasting and low maintenance cost. Also It is self protected for electrical and pressure failures.
